How do I change the font size on my search bar?

I just added a new monitor and everything is good except for the search bar in IE. I can hardly see the fonts. How do I get it back to normal or make them bigger? My ';links'; bar is tiny too but the other (yahoo %26amp; the menu lists) are perfect.How do I change the font size on my search bar?
