I don't have the same model, but on mine, you go to the function button (fn) and click until you get to Size, hit the enter button and then use the arrow button to go through the size choices. Then hit Enter again.
Maybe yours is simillar?
EDIT: Here's a download of the owners manual http://www.ptouchdirect.com/ptouch/umpt2 I didn't look that closely, but I think it may be a bit more complex than mine / my instructions.
