How do I change my font size and keep it at that setting?

I would like to set my font size to 12 and not have to set it each time.How do I change my font size and keep it at that setting?
Well, I have looked all over for this answer and ALL of them have been wrong, or at least with the NEW Yahoo! email GUI. There IS a way to set the default font, color, size, and type face, and here is how you do it:



1. Start a new message

2. Click in the text box field

3. Click the drop down box for type face, size or the color pallette

4. Hold the Ctrl key and select your type face, size or color



Unfortunately, it doesn't work for B, I or U. And there you have it. I have tested it and it works great.
